Combat fitness

At school yesterday we had a class with a guy from combat fitness. He thought us about fitness mixed with taekwondo/karate. I learnt that after every kick or punch we have to scram ” ha”. ta combat fitness they use music to pump you up and they focus on body strength. I was challenged by the way we stretched our legs.( I am not flexible )
